'Green' FOG Removal

Grease Guardian

This money saving system will separate and remove Fat, Oil and Grease (FOG) in your kitchen. It's not like current grease traps you may be using - it's so much more. The removed FOGs are suitable for recycling into bio fuel preparation and electricity production. It's cheaper and more effective than enzyme use, and tackles environmental problems associated with FOGs at the source, so it doesn't become an expensive community problem further down the line. This is a true 'green' machine.

Our own design. Four nesting tables. If you don't want to nest, tops come off and frames fold away flat. Ambient, cold well drop in or induction drop in tops. It takes the new Wunder-Bar system and will heat plates. Other accessories include speed rail, sneeze guard and carvery. Have a look at our pdf below.
