Cutlery Conveyor

Save even more time now. Instead of a staff member loading the cutlery in manually, they just load up the hopper area at the base with your clean, wet cutlery straight from the washer. All in one hit. They can then go off and attend to other tasks. The cutlery travels automatically up the Conveyor belt and into the entry for the Cutlery Polisher.

Acoustic Hood

If your machine is a bit close to your dining room or other noise sensitive areas, this is just what you need. A box that attaches to the exit point, and takes a large sized cutlery basket. Nice and quiet.

Once again, we brought you the first table top machine in Australia, and we came up with the idea for a small trolley to go with it. This is perfect for your smaller operation.

This one is for all of you who have been asking for a smaller model to service your restaurant area. We even have some large operations that have both sizes now, for added flexibility. This machine of course also sterilises your cutlery for HACCP Compliance.

Like our Cutlery Polishing System above, this is a one person operation. Only 5-10 seconds per glass, depending on glass type, and all glasses can be polished, from your delicate long stems, to your more robust tumblers. This machine also has the much sought after TUV Certificate and HACCP Compliance is easy, thanks to the closed operation and washable accessories.

It comprises the time saving polishing unit, steamer, custom made stainless trolley (Hilton configuration shown top right), training and backup. You'll never go back to polishing glass the old way again.

NEW Cutlery Wrapping System

GIBPAT exclusively import this fantastic system into Australia. It's fantastic for helping ensure cutlery arrives in a hospital room clean and hygienic.

Here's a photo of our first unit before delivery. It still has all the protective wrapping on it, as we were commissioning and testing it before delivery to a customer.

The bottom photo shows a closeup of the wrapped cutlery. You can see the paper napkin has been folded around the cutlery and sealed.
